Back in July, pensions group XPS Administrations had big plans to celebrate the summer with a huge Corporate Party for over a hundred members of staff. Held at the picturesque New Close Farm in Durham, where a variety of food trucks and drinks vans would be set up alongside a selection of tipis, the final thing on XPS' checklist was some fun entertainment to fill them with...
Following a helpful phone call with our fabulous Fun Expert Lauren and receiving their quote, which included a Test of Strength, Pick and Mix Cart, Life Size Pin Art, Batak and a Rodeo Bull, XPS Administrations were eager to reserve the fun for their summer party. Now with everything booked in, the event only two weeks away and everyone getting excited, we were very sad to hear that the team at XPS Administrations had made the decision to cancel the event due to the very British summer weather that hit the UK...
Now where there's a will there's a way with The Fun Experts and we hate for any of our clients to miss out on the fun, so were thrilled to be able to fit in XPS Administrations on their new date, September 1st. The new date worked well for all parties involved, as it meant XPS got to end summer with a bang and we were able to add a couple of extra Games to their package free of charge.
Fast forward to September 1st and our Fun Experts Neil and Youcef were driving up the grassy hill to the event venue which had been completely transformed with tipis, colourful flags and festoon lights. While the sky wasn't looking too promising, the rain held itself off all night, although the vibe at the event was so high that not even a downpour could of dampened our spirits! XPS Administrations held a truly fantastic event from start to finish and we were definitely in good company with guests all up for some fun, a magician and band who all came together to make the evening a success!
