Hi it's Camille here...as you know we absolutely love all of our customers and I want to bring you up to date with what's happening behind the scenes at Sunshine Events, to let you know that we are still here for you and your events!
Like so many of you, we are working from home!
Week 1 working from home vs Week 11 working from home!
We are still very much on the other end of your enquiry whether that's an online enquiry, a telephone call, Zoom (allow enough time to be camera ready), pigeon, social distance knock on the door and shout to each other....basically however you want to reach us...The Fun Experts are here for you!
The last few weeks, although challenging for our industry, have also been incredible. We have enjoyed speaking to you all, contacts old and new, and sharing the positivity of having this 'golden time' to plan ahead for our future events and the delivery of our fun event equipment hire!
We've all had to adapt in some way and embrace technology....and The Fun Experts are no different. From Zoom Event meetings which are now second nature to our Planning & Projects Manager Brad attending Virtual Site Visits or discussing proposals for fun when this is all over.
The preparation and planning for events IS continuing. If you feel this is something that will help support your event planning then we'd love to speak to you.
For the time between now and normal, we are busy ensuring that our events are Covid Secure with the temporary measures that need to be in place.
- supplying Covid Secure Kits for our teams when attending events
- ensuring our Fun Experts are fully trained in our Covid Secure Guidelines (based on Government advice)
- updating our Risk Assessments and Method Statements accordingly
- assessing our fun event equipment hire to ensure that they are Covid Secure...and remain fun!
We'll be keeping you up to date with information such as this in the comings weeks and how The Fun Experts will continue to deliver your future events.
