At The Fun Experts we pride ourselves in working closely with each of you to put together the perfect event that fits each of your needs, so when Andrea Breading from Infineum UK got in touch looking to hold a Fun Day for 400 adult fun-seekers, this was no exception. After a difficult couple of years, this was the first time that the whole business would be coming together and celebrating, so with the help of some exciting entertainment and our fantastic Fun Experts wanted to ensure it would be one to remember.
Once the enquiry had come through, Fun Expert and fabulous sales colleague, Beth, was quick to assign herself with putting together Infineum's special day. When creating an event, we usually work around the client's budget, fitting in as much fun as possible, but since Andrea wasn't sure what they were looking to spend, Beth suggested a budget based on the number of guests attending and started to pick out a variety of fun entertainment that big kids would enjoy.
Andrea's final bespoke package ended up containing a variety of Inflatables such as Hungry Hippos and the Basketball Challenge, a Victorian Carousel, Crazy Golf, a Face Painter, Fun Food Carts, Circus Skills Workshop complete with stilt walker and several Funfair Themed Side Stalls including a bespoke stall which saw our Coconut Shy be transformed into a Caribbean themed cocktail bar.
Ahead of the event, lead and Logistics Supervisor, James Hindle, visited the site to ensure it was all set for the event and then it was all systems go. The day before, sixteen Fun Experts including James, headed down to Oxford in vans packed with fun, where they stayed the night so they could be on site bright and early to begin set up. The morning of, it was full steam ahead to get everything up and running with all equipment in their assigned zones, ready for the 12pm arrival of their fun-seekers at 12pm. The sun was out, and it was a hot one which was very apt for the event's beach themed section and our Fun Experts who were sporting Hawaiian shirts and colourful leis!
Once the event kicked off, it was three hours of non-stop fun for not only Infineum's guests but our Fun Experts too and the feedback from all attending was superb! Following the event, Andrea got back to us with some incredible feedback stating:
