HMV Engineering Goes for Gold with Team Building Sports Day

What do you get when you mix inflatable obstacle courses, high energy team races, and a healthy dose of competitive spirit? One unforgettable day of team building, as proven by HMV Engineering during their recent sports day event.

Set against a backdrop of laughter, teamwork, and friendly rivalry, HMV Engineering pulled out all the stops. From the moment the whistle blew, the energy was electric. Teams donned bright coloured bibs and captain hats, ready to tackle a full day of fun and challenge.

The main event? A giant inflatable assault course made up of thrilling sections like tunnels, scramble nets, pot holes, a cargo net wall, and the inflatable sausages made their debut. Teams raced, crawled, and climbed their way to glory with plenty of cheering along the way. And that was just the start.

Classic team building games brought back the fun of school sports days with a twist. The egg and spoon race had everyone in stitches, while the ski slalom and caterpillar tracks demanded serious coordination. Walk the plank tested balance and communication, and of course, the ultimate showdown came with the tug of war.

At the end of the day, the winning team climbed the podium to celebrate with a bottle of bubbly, proving that collaboration and determination are a winning combination.

It is no coincidence this event came shortly before the Lionesses claimed victory at Euro 2025. Just like our national heroes, HMV Engineering showed that when a group of individuals work as one, they can achieve something truly special.
