Last week Sunshine Event's NPS score was a full 100% which is an amazing reflection of the standard of service The Fun Experts bring day in day out and we couldn't be any prouder of our FUNtastic Experts if we tried! 

Now you may be scratching your heads asking the question "what is an NPS?" and "what does one of them mean?" Not to worry, Fun Expert Ryan coming at you through the power of the internet to answer both those questions. 

NPS Score

NPS stands for Net Promoter Score, is a digital tool that measures the overall experience a customer has had when dealing with a company. Since its inception into the business world, it has been the core measurement used by organisations (including Sunshine Events) around the world to gauge the overall service they are providing to customers.

Once a customer has had their event, they are given a small feedback questionnaire that allows them to score the overall service (on a scale of 1-10) that they received. From the moment of the first contact to the moment our Fun Experts wave goodbye at the end of the event, the whole customer journey is crucial to us at Sunshine Events as we want to make sure every stage of the process is the best that it can be.

This is why we include questions that relate to directly to first initial contact as we take great pride in the way our Fun Experts build an amazing rapport from just a simple phone call with the client over the phone. 

One of the proudest things we have at Sunshine Events is our Customer Sure that is updated live on our website for all to see. This feedback allows for us to analyse the way in which The Fun Experts operate when out on events and allows for us to change accordingly depending on the customer feedback and what practices we can implement that will benefit them in the long term. 

Since we began hosting live reviews on our Customer Sure on our website way back in  2013, nearly 2000 of our clients have completed our feedback meaning we proudly hold an average NPS of 87%. As you can see below, your Fun Experts at Sunshine Events are officially a world-class organisation beating the likes of Apple and Amazon when it comes to their customer service.
