For the reds fans out there, this case study is for you... You'll definitely be aware by now that the football season has come to an end and with that, Liverpool FC wanted to hold a celebration for all of their employees, in particular their match day staff. Over the last ten years, The Fun Experts have helped the club to plan over 10 events from end of the season celebrations to Christmas Parties for their staff, kids and even some of the players, so this May, once again, we got prepared to plan a fun Evening Event for one of the world's most notorious football clubs.
Football fanatic and Fun Expert Dom was assigned the task of putting together the entertainment for this event and sent across two different packages that he curated to fit their budget and wishes for the event. The club opted for our Inflatable Wipeout Challenge as well as two Casino Tables, which are sourced by a company we've worked with for years and staffed by two of their fabulous croupiers who really add to the casino experience. There was however, concerns that the ceiling height in the venue wouldn't allow our Wipeout Challenge to operate, so we agreed to bring the Hungry Hippos Inflatable as a back up option.
Liverpool being one of our nearest cities, Fun Experts Jenny and Aaron headed to Anfield Stadium a few hours prior to the event ready to get all set up. The event was held in the Main Stand's Dugout Suite, where Jenny and Aaron were joined by croupiers Nigel and Louise and eventually Liverpool FC's staff when they arrived at 7:30pm and partied on until 11. Our team thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed themselves at yet another fantastic event at Liverpool FC and we already look forward to this year's Christmas Party!
