The Fun Expert's Relaxing Day With YOLO Wellbeing

YOLO Wellbeing travelled up to The Fun Experts headquarters as our lovely staff were treated to a very relaxing massage day. While we enjoy ourselves at work, it's crucial to dedicate time to personal well-being, which is exactly what YOLO Wellbeing offers.

What is YOLO Wellbeing?

Cheryle Britton founded the company in 2019, and has since been offering outstanding guidance and scientifically validated therapeutic exercises aimed at alleviating stress, anxiety, and the likelihood of burnout. This marks Cheryle's second visit to The Fun Experts, and there will be certainly many more in the future, as the management team at The Fun Experts places great importance on supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of their employees.

How important is the wellbeing of staff to The Fun Experts management team?

Sunny Sandwell, director of The Fun Experts: "We are really committed to our employees' wellbeing and doing everything we can to support their mental health. This is the second time using YOLO Wellbeing who are fantastic and really understanding of everyone's unique needs."

How did the day work?

Every staff member enjoyed a 15-minute relaxation session with YOLO Wellbeing. They would enter the van and select a soothing video to watch before Cheryle explains the procedure, ensuring that the recipient understands what to expect and how to communicate if any movement feels too intense.

Staff came out of their 15-minute sessions visibly more relaxed and in a better headspace. It was a beautiful reminder of how important it is to prioritise self-care—even on the most fun-filled days.
