At The Fun Experts, we understand how frustrating it can be when the weather may decide to interrupt your plans. But there is no need to worry. You have several options available to help your event go ahead smoothly.
Some venues (you may have booked one specifically for your Event or you may be holding it on your own business site) have access to an indoor space; we can help transition your event inside without losing the fun. All of our activities and entertainment options can be set up indoors, meaning your guests can enjoy the experience without concern for the weather. We may just have to consider space and some other logistical elements, best to give us a call in these instances.
We know how important it is to bring your event to life exactly as you imagined. If moving the event indoors is not suitable, we are happy to work with you to reschedule for another day when the weather is more favourable. Many of our outdoor activities can continue in light rain - Funfair Side Stalls for example. However, for safety reasons, some equipment such as slides, bouncy castles, and other inflatable attractions may need to be paused during rain or strong winds. Once the weather improves, our team will act quickly to dry the equipment and get everything running again.
If your event moves indoors, why not explore our technology based entertainment? Guests can enjoy a whole host of interactive fun including Virtual Reality Experiences, Atari Pong, and Nintendo Switch stations without any interruption from the weather.
