It promised to be a sell-out evening of fun, laughter and a celebration of Lancashire businesses and The Red Rose Awards certainly didn't dissapoint! Sunshine Events are proud sponsors of these prestigious awards (Lancashire's answer to the Oscars!) and what made this year ever the more exciting is that we were proud finalists too in not one but two categories - horray!
The Fun Experts were honoured to be finalists for both The Customer Service Award and The CSR Award. We couldn't be happier to be acknowledged for spreading smiles, it really does warm our heart! We may not have won, but we couldn't be prouder to be recognised amongst some of the best businesses in Lancashire.
The glamorous evening took place at Blackpool's beautiful Winter Gardens - what an incredible venue! Our Fun Experts certainly know how to do things in style and so we grabbed our sparkle and tuxes and rocked up in a swanky hummer limousine (complete with champagne too of course!)
As proud sponsors of The Red Rose Awards, we were over the moon to add our very own Sunshine twist injecting laughter into the evening with our following fun entertainment;
Our Digital Graffiti Wall saw finalists creating their very own pieces of art - step aside Banksy! And our state-of-the-art printer allowed artists to take home their masterpieces, a perfect way to treasure the memories of the evening. Transforming The Winter Gardens into the races, our Roll a Ball Donkey Derby Hire invited guests to the fun of the fair as they rolled the balls down the alley in an attempt to move their galloping donkey along the track to win!
Our Fun Experts were also ready to help capture those special memories with our Photo Booth Hire complete with funky props which are the perfect additions to a cocktail dress because let's face it, who doesn't love a feather boa and a chicken hat?! Of course, the night wouldn't have been complete without our childhood favourite sweet treats. Hands up if the giant strawberries are your favourite too?
The evening was filled with celebration, glamour and laughter and our Fun Experts most certainly had a funtastic time! We couldn't be prouder for our Fun Towers HQ to be based in the heart of Lancashire and on behalf of Sunshine Events, we would like to congratulate each and every winner and finalist alike.
