On a bright and beautiful day in Hemel Hempstead, Re:act Marketing delivered a polished and focused promotional video shoot for leading skincare brand La Roche Posay. The purpose of the activation was to support the launch of Effaclar Duo Plus M, an anti-blemish corrective gel moisturiser, by creating engaging branded content in a relaxed outdoor setting.
This was not a public event but a carefully produced promotional filming session, combining skincare messaging with interactive fun and a touch of sporting excellence. The team at The Fun Experts were brought in to provide key equipment and support, helping to bring the brand experience to life on screen.
As part of the setup, Re:act hired the Catch It Reaction Ring, a fast paced reflex game that encourages participants to catch falling batons as quickly as possible. For this shoot, La Roche Posay provided their own product packaging, which The Fun Experts used to customise the batons. This created a visually striking and brand specific activity that tied directly into the product being promoted, making it perfect for video content.
Adding star quality to the event was rising Formula One driver Ollie Bearman, who took part in the Catch It challenge on camera. His involvement added energy and a strong association with speed, precision and focus. These themes aligned perfectly with the brand message behind Effaclar Duo Plus M, which is designed to deliver fast and visible skincare results.
To complete the setup, The Fun Experts also supplied a red pop up gazebo. It provided a neat and professional area for filming, helped frame the activation visually and gave the production team a practical base in the warm summer weather.
The event demonstrated how a small and controlled setup can produce high quality, on brand content when the right elements are brought together. From custom product integration to smooth event delivery, the team created a strong piece of promotional content that captured the essence of the product in a creative and memorable way.
