The Fun Experts at Sunshine Events walk away winners!

The year is yet to get going and the celebrations are already in full swing for our Fun Experts over at Sunshine Events who have scooped up Lancashire's Business View Award at this year's Red Rose awards, which I must add was held at the beautiful Blackpool Winter Gardens.

The Red Rose Awards 2019 saw some of the most impressive businesses in Lancashire don their red carpet. Some of the prestigious line up included a national ticketing firm Skiddle, world-renowned Vampire Vapes and the county's most iconic tourist destination. 

Suffice to say that the Winter Gardens wasn't as such wintery cold, but rather hotter with all that talent steaming under one roof being honoured at this years, Red Rose Awards!

Currently, the Red Rose Awards are in their ninth year and host its beautiful event in front of an audience of 1000 business owners, employees and public sector figures. From someone who was their that evening, I can vouch that the RRA 19 definitely spared no expense for this year's awards evening.

The trophies that were up for grabs this year were amazingly handcrafted by Pendle Engineering and handed out to winners in 26 different categories celebrating a diverse range of industries from legal, not-for-profit and digital. 

The Fun Experts at Sunshine Events #RRA19

The Fun Experts over at Sunshine Events were up for two awards that evening, Leisure Business and Customer Service Award. After being whittled down from hundreds of different organisations, pitching to a panel of judges made up of experts from 60 different sectors, making it into the finals was no mean feat!

Unfortunately, The Fun Experts at Sunshine Events didn't win in these two categories this year. However, this didn't phase them, as not only had they won 4x BIBA's awards the previous year including Service Business of the year, the two awards went to the amazing and talented organisations of Seriun and Holmes Mill. 

However, a brand new award (shock to everyone) for the year was still yet to be announced, and this one was a big one, the Lancashire Business Award! Unlike the other awards, this category included all 150 organisations meaning the award was even more prestigious, and with such a pool of amazing talent, the winner had to shine brighter than the rest.

We are happy to announce that our Fun Experts at Sunshine Events walked away with the Lancashire Business View Award and we couldn't be prouder of them!

When the award was announced the judges were quoted as saying "An amazing business with tenacity, drive and a clearly articulated vision, Sunshine's achievements have been achieved through a dedication to customer service and staff development. A great Lancashire Business".

This award is a true testament to the hard work, passion and enthusiasm that Sunshine Events bring to the table. Whether it be from the moment of customer enquiry to the day of the event, Sunshine Events have made it their mission since 2003 to give their clients the best possible service, which is why they keep returning every year.
