New Sunshine Event Guide Launched

Hello to all my little beams of sunshine! Wow, what a busy few months we have had travelling up and down the UK, injecting fun into every county! We are now finally able to sit down, have a cup of tea and tell you about all the exciting things we've been up to over the summer; we still can't believe it's October! Is it Christmas yet?

Some of our highlights include huge corporate Family Fun Days in Liverpool and Edinburgh, Weddings in Manchester and Oxford and Exhibitions in the NEC, the ExCel and Olympia!

A couple of weeks ago, our Fun Experts travelled down to Birmingham to deliver a fun and exciting Team Building event for Infor Ltd, a business application company who were looking for a unique and energetic day out of the office (we don't blame them!)

The event took place at the beautiful Lapworth Cricket Ground and the British summer was on our side - for once!

When Sally and Chloe from Infor Ltd first got in touch just over 1 month ago, we knew that this event was going to need a lot of organising to ensure smooth running on the day. We also knew that they wanted to make the day as fun and as inclusive for everyone so we really enjoyed working closely with them to understand the business and their needs.

Our Fun Experts created a total of 8 challenging stations, topped off with an energetic Semi-Final and strength-testing Final. Continuously innovating, one of our clever Fun Experts designed a new activity using our popular 'Walk the Plank' equipment which invited colleagues to work together to solve a logic problem and encourage communication. Here at Sunshine Events, we always like to make things a little extra fun and with the activity involving a chicken, a wolf and a bag of seed...we definitely rose to the challenge!

With over 80 guests to cater for, we recommended a varied selection of our equipment to ensure that the event was as challenging and as fun as possible;

On the day, teamwork was encouraged as colleagues walked the plank across the river at Lapworth Cricket Ground and put their target skills to the test with Archery. There were smiles all round when everyone became a real-life Hungry Hippo!

We are absolutely delighted that Infor Ltd enjoyed their Team Building event and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future!
