How It Works

Participants step up, grab the bar, and lift their feet off the ground. The goal is simple: hang on for as long as possible. The timer starts the moment both feet leave the platform. Competitors must maintain their grip without touching the ground or using additional support.

You can run the challenge in two different formats:

• Beat the Clock: Set a target time (for example 2 minutes). Anyone who lasts the full time wins the challenge.
• Last Person Hanging: Multiple competitors attempt the challenge, and the person with the longest hang time takes the victory.

For most events, a 90 second to 2 minute challenge creates the perfect balance - difficult enough to be exciting but achievable for strong competitors.
