Specsavers recently hosted their annual Partnership Seminar at the prestigious ICC Birmingham, bringing together partners and delegates for two days of presentations, collaboration and team engagement. Working closely with the Specsavers event team, The Fun Experts created a bespoke entertainment package designed to support the seminar’s objectives across the two days and transition seamlessly into a lively evening celebration on the final day.
During the seminar sessions, guests were invited to take part in a range of interactive challenges and games designed to encourage engagement and reinforce key messaging. Specsavers added creative ‘extras’ to several challenges, aligning gameplay with themes from their presentations and making the activities both fun and purposeful.
To further enhance the experience, much of the equipment received a full Specsavers makeover. The Fun Experts’ in-house branding team produced custom graphics and applied bespoke branding across the games, ensuring everything visually aligned with Specsavers’ messaging and corporate identity. The result was a cohesive, professional look that integrated seamlessly into the seminar environment.
