Travelling fairs have long been a fixture of popular culture, bursting with attractions from dazzling shows and thrilling rides to the much-loved side stalls. And among them all, few are as iconic as the Hoopla Stall.

In years gone by, stallholders were known for a bit of cheeky trickery—demonstrating rings that neatly fit over wooden blocks, then handing players slightly smaller hoops. Don’t worry, there’s none of that here! At Carnival Hoopla, the only challenge is your aim and technique. Keep your eye on the target, block out the distractions, and take your shot.

The rules couldn’t be simpler. Players are given plastic rings and must toss them towards a selection of bottles, aiming to hook a ring neatly over a bottle neck. Judge the distance just right and let the hoop fall into place. With bottles of varying sizes and shapes, you can choose an easier target or go for something more challenging. Land a winning throw and you’ll be rewarded with a novelty prize—50 prizes are included with every side stall hire.

  • Recommended Age/Height of Users: 5 years and over
  • Access Requirements: please note that a width of 0.82m is required when moving the equipment through doorways and corridors. If you feel that access may be an issue, such as stairways or lift access, uneven surfaces, obstructions or perhaps long distances then please mention this in your enquiry.
