April brought the sunshine, the smiles, and some seriously spectacular events! From loaded spuds to entertaining young voices, we’ve been out on the road making joy happen across the UK. Here’s what we’ve been up to this past month with some fantastic clients:
We teamed up with our friends at Spudbros in Preston for a day of unforgettable moments (and carbs). When Spudbros collaborated with MrBeast for a massive giveaway event, we were there to manage the queues, entertain the crowds, and keep spirits high. Hundreds of guests, free food, and our high-energy hosts? It was FUN chaos!
Spudbros brought in The Cash Grabber, Prize Crane Grabber, a Giant Deck Chair, and some smaller Deck Chairs for those stuck in the long line. Throughout the day, they planned to distribute £2,500 to the public in stages. The Fun Experts supplied fake cash for The Cash Grabber, which could later be exchanged for real money. Several lucky participants were selected, and they handed out hundreds of pounds at a time! Plus, there were some fantastic prizes up for grabs with the crane grabber, including queue jumps and a black card for a lifetime supply of spuds, all provided by Spudbros and Mr Beast.
We received a glamourous quote from Spudbros management team: 'Just wanted to send my biggest thanks to your fantastic team! Your team were the most friendliest and helpful event crew I’ve personally dealt with.
It was a tough and large crowd to deal with, but everyone really chipped in to help deliver the best experience! You can never tell what might happen with ‘free event’ but overall everyone had a positive experience and thank you for the Fun Experts help bringing some added magic!'
For their conference and exhibition, we supplied show-stopping entertainment that added flair to their presentation. FP McCann were in for a treat when they hired the delicious Popcorn Cart for their guests at the exhibition.
Placed on the beautifully designed wooden cart, this is a magnificent hire if you're looking to sweeten your clients, staff or guests. The Fun Experts were asked to provide the brand logo on several items such as cart canopy, cart base, blue popcorn boxes, and blue deck chairs.
April ended on an inspirational note at Warwickshire University, where we helped energise a youth conference event. The tagline, “Shaping Tomorrow Together” was an inspiring message matched by an inspiring day. Over 100 young people from across Warwickshire gathered for a fun day during half-term. From welcome activities to networking games, we made sure engagement was high. Our Digital Graffiti Wall made an appearance, as well as the Crazy Golf and Catch It Reaction Ring. There was also a face painter there for the younger children that attended.
Phil Foden booked a party for his children through Ledigo Events. Fellow Manchester City players were invited too to make the event a proper WINNER. Ledigo hired Hook-A-Duck and Ball-in-Bucket stalls from us. As it was Easter, Alice In Wonderland themed characters were also providing the fun. Here they our with a couple of our Fun Experts...
From team logistics to last-minute magic touches, our crew have been flat-out fabulous this month. We’ve brought classic arcade games, digital leaderboards, and inflatable games to universities, businesses, and events across the country.
