Booking process! If you caught our previous A is For... blog post, you'll know how to make an enquiry, so now it's time for you to get booked in! We've made it our mission to ensure the easiest booking process that leaves you feeling reassured and ready to have some fun, so in this week's A-Z of Fun post, we're giving you a run down of what you can expect when you come to booking in your event with The Fun Experts.

 

Once you've had a chat with our sales team and they've helped you to establish a package of fun entertainment that's tailored to your event, it's time to book and if it's a summer event you're planning, you'll want to secure your entertainment quickly, as we're getting booked up quickly for certain dates already!

At the time of booking, one of our fabulous sales team will hop on a call with you to go over all of your event details leaving no stone unturned to ensure all areas are covered, so that your event can run without a hitch,  e.g., Do you have volunteers to staff your equipment or will we need to bring along some extra Fun Experts? How will our team access your venue on the day of the event? Do you have access to power or do you need generators? And finally your payment options. 

 

Once payment has gone through and your booking is confirmed, we won't leave you there, as our team will be on the other end of the line at any point, should you have any concerns or queries leading up to your event. Additionally, prior to your event, you'll receive a phone call from one of our logistics team who will confirm your event details and put your mind at ease that your event is safe with us.
