When we receive feedback from our clients, the thing that is mentioned most frequently is how professional and helpful our team are from booking to the day of the event. In this A-Z of Fun blog post, we're introducing you to our different teams of Fun Experts who will be with you at each step of your event planning journey.
Although we call them the sales team, their job really isn't to sell to you but to hold your hand through the event planning process and also advise you on the best options for your event. When you contact our team of 5, led by Sales & Development Director Camille, they'll take time to get an understanding of your requirements, help you to choose the right entertainment and be right in your corner from your first enquiry to when you decide to book. When you're all booked in and the countdown is on to the big day, we won't leave you there, as we give you our full confidence that the sales team will be at the other end of the line at any point, should you need them.
Now you're all booked in, we can sit back and relax... just kidding! Now it's over to the Logistics Team who will help to ensure your event runs as smoothly as promised. Our experienced team of five are split into two, the guys who will help and advise you on power requirements, access, site plans, timings etc., and the guys who maintain the equipment and make sure it is all well presented and of the highest quality possible before it goes off to your event. All together, their job is to give you confidence that you are in safe hands and give you solutions not problems. When required, it's the logistics team who may attend site visits and prepare plans and event packs for larger events, also liaising with your Health & Safety teams and other contractors wherever necessary.
We know that staff can make or break an event, which is why we hire people who we know have the potential to make your event amazing. Our ever growing events team know how to make you feel at ease and add something special to your events as they set up the equipment and greet you with big smiles, engage with your guests, create an interactive event experience and have fun doing it. They're a team who are proud to be called The Fun Experts are certainly live up to their name, often receiving amazing feedback from our clients praising their friendliness and professionalism.
