We're back sunshines and ready to bring the laughter to your events throughout 2017! We hope your Christmas and New Year was merry and bright. Hands up if you're still working your way through masses of Roses and Quality Street? (Looks like we'll be leaving the 'New Year New Me' efforts until February...) Here's a fun fact for ya! Can you believe it's 20 years since the Spice Girls smashed the charts with Spice Up Your Life?! Don't worry sunshines, age is just a number and we believe that laughter is the best medicine!

You all know that Christmas is our favourite time of year, our Fun Experts are still finding glitter in their hair! With hundreds of events nationwide, we couldn't be happier that we brought the laughter (and a sprinkle of magic too) to your events. Rejuvenated, we're ready to spring into 2017! The question is, are you ready sunshines? (Pep talk!)

It could wait ... 2 weeks ago! Well the Christmas and New Year celebrations are over now and that task you put on hold or shunted to the bottom of your 'to do list' is ready to be looked at again.

That little thing you needed to plan could be happening in a couple of weeks or perhaps even months, but one thing is for sure, now is the time to act on it and get the ball rolling. So it's time to call the Fun Experts and see what we can do to help.

You'll have guessed by now we're not on about your New Years resolution. Oh no, it's that other thing; the big showcase or exhibition you were tasked with organising before the Christmas break by the boss. Or perhaps you are the boss and you've been putting off organising the big bash for your team. Don't worry, we're just planning our End of Year event now - we've been busy planning your events that ours ended up on the 'to-do' list too!

So we're here to help you with yours. Whether it's an E xhibition you are planning, a C orporate Evening or, if like one of our Fun Experts, a Wed ding, then fear not because it's never to late to start. Leyland Trucks' Fun Day!

We love it when we've made our sunshines smile so much that they come back to us! In celebration of their 120th anniversary, we were approached by Leyland Trucks to help organise an exciting Fun Day at their site. Following 120 years of excellence, we wanted to make sure that we provided a fantabulous Fun Day for the whole of their community. With over 100 guests to cater for, our Fun Experts created a fantastic tailored Fun Day using our following high quality equipment;

Our Fun Expert Camille spoke to Mick at Leyland Trucks after the event and he could not have been happier with another great event from Sunshine Events. He was thrilled by the enthusiasm of our staff on the day and our organisation leading up to the event. Mick said that he has no hesitation in using us for his future events and would highly recommend us! Planning a Team Building day? Take a little inspo from Infor LTD!

Here at Sunshine Events we pride oursleves in delivering competitive, motivational and energetic Team Building Events. Our Fun Experts can cater for groups of any size and our personal and friendly approach allows us to work closely with our clients helping to create a memorable experience which is sure to leave your employees feeling renewed! We were approached by Infor Ltd, a business application company based in the Midlands who were looking to create a fun and inclusive day out of the office for over 80 of their staff. With just one month to go, the Fun Experts set to work!

Tailoring our products to the client’s needs, we set about creating a brand new T eam Building package which allowed colleagues to work together in completing several exciting challenges. Continuously innovating, one of our clever Fun Experts designed a new activity using our popular ‘Walk the Plank’ equipment which invited colleagues to work together to solve a logic problem and encourage communication. Here at Sunshine Events, we always like to make things a little extra fun and with the activity involving a chicken, a wolf and a bag of seed… we definitely rose to the challenge!

In just one week from enquiry to booking, we successfully assembled a fantastic tailored event for Infor Limited with stimulating stations and an energetic finale using our following equipment:

‘The event completely exceeded our expectations. The staff on the day were so friendly and we couldn’t fault how organised it all was - organising 85+ people is no easy task but the whole day ran completely smoothly from start to finish. Dave, the event host, was so funny and got everyone relaxed and up for a fun day, we weren’t expecting music to be provided so this was an additional bonus. The stations and activities were so much fun and everyone enjoyed them, in particular the inflatable Hungry Hippos, which was brilliant and by far, the most popular game. I can’t really pinpoint anything in particular that stood out as it was an amazing day overall. Our aim for everyone to enjoy themselves was definitely met and we have heard nothing but good things about it from everyone that attended. The enquiry/booking process from start to finish was so easy and we would highly recommend Sunshine Events to anyone. Thanks for a great day, we will definitely be in touch for any future events!’
